I recently stayed at the Proverb Hotel for 7 nights and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
The room was spotless, and beautifully maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the high level of customer service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free.
I would highly recommend Proverb Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality.

Fantastic hotel centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Clean, new premises with a rooftop pool and bar.
The staff are all welcoming and extremely helpful making sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need.
The breakfast is great with a delicious selection of foods, including cooked to order eggs and crepes!
I without a doubt recommend staying here for your trip to Hanoi.

The best massage and breakfast we had in Vietnam !
No complaints at all the staff were all super helpful and very attentive !
