Staying at Cibi Hotels was one of the most wholesome solo experiences I’ve ever had. 🇻🇳❤️
The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. Whenever I had questions whether I needed to find the nearest pharmacy, look for food options, or simply needed some assistance during my stay special shoutout to Tam and Thao were especially kind, helpful, and patient.
The housekeeping team was also amazing. They were so helpful whenever I needed my room cleaned, and even around my 12 PM check-out, they made sure everything was taken care of and that I felt comfortable. Side note even the free snacks and tea was a great addition I love those crab crisps haha
It’s these small acts of kindness and the wonderful people that made my stay feel so warm and memorable. Thank you to the whole Cibi Hotels team for making my solo experience such a lovely one. Keep up the great work! 💕
I did find some it’s towards the end of my stay but this must have been from leaving the sliding door open. There were a few maintence issues like a cracked tile in the bathroom the toilet seat nearly falling off.

The location is excellent. It is close to tourist spots and restaurants.
The property is not clean. I requested to clean our room before we check in but as I was browsing the bathroom, I saw a nail clipped and pubic hair on the floor. I also tried a dessert in their cafe down stairs but it also has hair on it 🥲😵 Also, they will collect 1,000,000 Vietnamese dong as "deposit" which is refundable just incase things got broken/ lost in the hotel. It wasn't mentioned in their ad which is quite misleading. They should let people know about this.
