My friend and I stayed here for a week and our stay was fantastic. A big reason why is the incredible staff! They are incredibly kind and accommodating. Whenever we would return from gallivanting in Hanoi, we’d always have lovely chats with them at the front desk to which they would recommend things to do.
The place itself was in such a great location in the Old Quarter and was within walking distance to everything we explored in Hanoi. The complimentary breakfast was so fresh and yummy, too!
Our room was by a window and we didn’t have any issues with noise nearby.
I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! Thank you to the staff for being so lovely and always greeting us each morning and night with warmth.

We are a family of three, two adults and a toddler. The room we stayed in did not have a window and was a bit small, but it worked perfectly for us since we spent most of our time out exploring. In a busy city like Hanoi, the reduced street noise was actually a big advantage and allowed us to sleep very well at night.
The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. One minor downside is that the neighbouring building is under renovation, so there is some noise during the day, but none at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff, including housekeeping and the cook, were all incredibly friendly. The free breakfast had a simple menu but was exceptional as our toddler loved it, and so did we!

A small but sweet hotel in an excellent location. The rooms need a better clean and some minor maintenance touch ups. Breakfast was great cooked fresh to order not buffet style. The staff were amazing and that made the stay most worthwhile. Anna and Linh were bright, friendly and helpful every day of my stay! I’ll be back
