What truly makes the experience another level is the staff. I could write many nice words but none of them would accurately reflect how much Vivian, Victor, Wayne, Chris and the whole staff are really exceptional people. Since the very first moment they were so kind and helpful.
Talking about the hotel facilities the room was nice, cozy and the breakfast tasty. Its location is also perfect, which allows us to explore the Old Quarter by simply walking.
Many thanks Omina team, you are by far the most competent and kind professional I ever met. Your passion and kindness will be brought back to you in form of many many blessings
Hope to see you soon one day ;)
Everything was perfect and as expected

I had a wonderful stay! The team were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. My room was comfortable, quiet and a great place to relax after busy days sightseeing. I especially appreciated being able to check in early after a long journey, which was such a thoughtful touch.
As a solo traveller, I also felt very safe thanks to the 24/7 reception and security at night, which made my stay even more comfortable.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so welcome. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay again!

Great location. Staff really nice, good English , very helpful. Basic breakfast. Fortunately I had a room upgrade with a small window. If you’re staying over 2 nights, I’d recommend a room with window to get fresh air. Despite Booking classification, this is a 3 star hotel
