We stayed a few days at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa in Hanoi, perfeftly located in the buzzling old quarter. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was diverse and Tiffany always made us feel welcome and well taken care off.

The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is ideally located in the Old Quarter and the rooms are lovely. We ate in the Bell Pepper restaurant one evening food and staff were fantastic. We were able to leave our luggage here whilst we travelled elsewhere which was very convenient. The staff took the time to know your names and could not be more helpful in particular Jack the Concierge.

Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is a must stay in Old Quarter Ha Noi. The staff were so kind and pleasant and the food at the breakfast buffet was great. You are centrally located to all the places to visit in Ha Noi. The hotel also provides tour bookings to Ha Long Bay and city tours and food tours. They make your experience very easy as a tourist. Shout out to Jack and Andrew for making our stay easy before and after.

Excellent location, very near the lake, surrounded by cafes, shops, restaurants, spas - extremely convenient. We enjoyed the bustling, exciting vibe of the neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean and represented good value for money. The friendliness of the check in staff was outstanding - thank you Elsa. We had a delicious dinner there and appreciated the friendly service we received from Andrew. The breakfast options were great. Initial communications arranging things for our stay went smoothly - thank you, Jack. All in all, a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel.
