Im so impressed. The receptionist were both outstanding, very hospitable, kind, friendly. After a long 7 hour bus ride, this stay was clean, comfortable, and a 10/10. They had working elevators, airport shuttle, Landry services, hot water. Please stay here, I should have booked here my whole time in Hanoi. Also it’s in the old quarter. Perfect location.

The hotel is at a walkable distance from almost all the attractions and popular cafés in the Old Quarter.
The staff were super helpful and the rooms were cozy, clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The room was a great size and clean. Don’t have anything bad really to say about the room itself.
On arrival you have the choice between paying cash or card. To make life easier we thought we’d pay card. The guy in reception was really keen for us to pay cash due to the “card fee”. So we did. Then on checkout another guy on reception told us we hadn’t paid which we were concerned about. I explained that we paid cash to the other guy. He contacted him and the guy said we definitely didn’t pay. I then noticed the cctv behind the desk so told them to run that. It showed me handing money to him. He still denied it. So I would say just pay card and get the receipt!!!!
