The hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarters. It is close to Hoan Kiem lake, the market and train street. There's heaps of amazing cafes nearby.
The staff were kind, friendly, accomodating and helpful. They are super organised and had a detailed list of safety measures for guests while travelling in and around Hanoi. The service was top notch which made my stay really comfortable.
The room i stayed in was spacious and bright. It had wide windows overlooking the city. The room had comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.
The hotel offered complementary breakfast which was amazing as well.
To all the staff who looked after me and my friend during our time in Hanoi, a massive thank you! You guys went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Perfect location, amazing and king staff, really clean and the bed was really big and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location, a good hotel, and it has everything you need. I’d like to give a special shout-out to the absolutely wonderful staff☺️ they were so friendly and always ready to help with anything, always smiling, from the moment we checked in until the very end of our stay. Thank you so much! We had a fantastic experience at the hotel😊 I’d happily recommend it to friends and would stay there again if I’m back in Hanoi.
