One of the best hotels i have stayed in. The location of the hotel was great, in the heart of the old quarter. The room (deluxe) was spacious and clean as well, but the biggest difference between this hotel & others was the staff. Every single one of them did an incredible job at catering to our needs, everybody, from the door-man, reception staff, information desk, kitchen staff & the cleaning staff, did a superb job at making us feel comfortable & well-taken care of. We even got a little gift when we checked out. I hope everyone who comes to Hanoi gets to experience such a wonderful hotel. Easiest 10/10 in my life. Thank you everyone at Salute :)

This hotel was super comfortable (great shower and very comfy bed, even for my very tall hubby!), and impeccably clean.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, but never pushy. The hotel staff helped us arrange day and overnight trips during our stay and were super communicative, and everything ran smoothly.
The hotel is located centrally in the Old Quarter and most major tourist attractions are within 10-30 mins walk (or a short taxi/pedicab ride). There are tons of restaurants, bars and shopping right outside the door and the night markets are super close too.
Breakfast was included and was great quality with lots of delicious local and international options. We also tried the spa and the massages and foot treatments were just wonderful! All of this at a reasonable rate. Loved it!
