When I'm in Hanoi I always stay in this hostel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect Wi-Fi. Central location but quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very welcoming and helpful about any information we needed. Ms Lisa was brilliant at replying and organising everything we needed from the Ha Giang Loop to booking a day trip to Ninh Binh, our bus to Hoi An and helping me retrieve my purse I left on the bus. Very impressed and would recommend to friends to stay.

Big spacious room, clean and with a great view. Everything was as expected and even better. The staff was super kind and helpful, they really went the extra mile to help me out with every matter.
There's no elevator, in case you have problems climbing up the stairs.

Accessible to locals. Close to shops and restaurants.
Was very old and the bathroom smells. The water is cold in the shower. No lift (specifically when carrying luggage) although we have a bit of help taking it upstairs. The lights at very dim. And it was the most uncomfortable bed i have to sleep in.
