The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter and easily accessible to many main attractions. We were in walking distance to several popular restaurants and sights which made our itinerary convenient. The interior of the hotel and rooms have visible wear and tear but we were overall comfortable.
What really makes this place shine is their staff. Lucky and the team checked in on us consistently to make sure we were comfortable during our stay and were extremely warm and welcoming. We asked them for suggestions and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help.

Gorgeous hospitality, very clean, plenty of building character and set in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. For the type of hotel it is and where it is situated it is excellent.

Ms Ha is the best hotel manager I've ever met! She is hands on in helping you make your itinerary and book it as well! She made me felt safe and welcomed in Vietnam! She has answers to all my questions! Kevin is very respectful and courteous! Thank you!
