A wonderful hotel located right in the heart of the city—everything is within easy reach. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and featured very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, and the surrounding area is packed with great restaurants and cafés.
A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were amazingly helpful. After I accidentally left my hoodie behind, they arranged express transport to my next hotel in no time. I have never experienced such warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Had a good stay at Hanoi Liliane Hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center and very convenient for exploring everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable,daily cleaning with clean towels and the breakfast was absolutely good with many food selection. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!
You cannot spot the hotel while walking outside. so a sign board with hotel name will be fine

Central location. Experience of a 'tube' house. Staff extra friendly and helpful. Great value.
First room didn't have access to the balcony space. Second room had a dirty ashtray (thought it was non-smoking room?)

Pretty decent breakfast included, decent sized room with fan and AC, centre of old town if that's what you want. Staff allowed cases to be kept in lobby after check out.
TV not working (apparently true for all the TVs in the hotel when I asked!). Some might find location a bit overwhelming. Hotel seemed a bit tired overall in shared areas, lots of items left stored in corridors.
