I liked the location, it was the best.
No soundproofing at all, I could hear noise from the other neighbor rooms. To make it worse, last night there was a really loud family that kept me up.

Hotel was in old quarter of Hanoi, property was nice and clean also friendly staff.

Very kind and accommodating staff. Nice bathroom and plenty of mirrors.
There were some regular bugs on the floor, and one window was not a real window to the outside.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Ab 6.00 hat man den Fahrstuhl aller 2 Minuten klingeln gehört. Das war leider sehr nervig. Auch die Putzfrauen waren an einem Tag früh morgens sehr laut, sodass wir nicht weiter schlafen konnten. Die Badtür ging nicht zu. Der Duschkopf funktionierte nicht.
