Looks like the pictures.
Location was great walkable to almost everything. Expect I booked this in July. Too humid! Train street, beer street, the market, great restaurants, temples, parks etc all walkable.
If you needed a grab car/bike, arrive in secs-mins. Restaurant on the first floor for both breakfast and dinner. Def try the egg coffee. This place was basically center to everything.
The host is amazing. He replies in secs, always available and very helpful. As a solo traveler and woman, I thought I was in a bad situation and I reached out to him as the only person I knew in Vietnam lol he was so kind. He texted me until I was in a safe space again and continued to check in on me after. He also helped me with my very heavy suitcase when I checked out at the end of my stay. So, I would definitely return and recommend to everyone.
Also, another plus...laundry! After being weeks away country hopping... washer/dryer came in handy.
Only thing with this locations, were the stairs. My bad though, I didn't know I would have a huge suitcase and backpack when initially booking. I was on the "4th floor" so you can imagine. It was a struggle but lucky the host helped me when I checked out! So if you have a backpack or a small carryon, I think you would be fine or if you are ok lifting your bags up the stairs.. Other than that, the stay was great.

I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this place.
The room was cozy, clean, and very well-equipped with everything I needed. The furniture and appliances were in excellent condition, making the stay comfortable. I especially loved the balcony view, and the location was perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and attractions
The only downsides were that the entrance can feel a bit dark, and if you book one of the upper-floor rooms, keep in mind that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to use the stairs.

Good location in the middle of old town. Extremely helpful and responsive host. Great space, furniture and facilities in our room, great to come back to relax in after a long day. Very comfy bed and everything was clean.
A little bit hard to find and difficult to get to the room with luggage, but wasn’t an issue after the check in :)

Property was exceptional value for money. So cheap for the facilities available and the most perfect location. It is very self sufficient- we didn’t see the owners once, but all the instructions were there for us which made it easy to check in. Again the location was it for us! Close to everything you could need (especially close to Bahn mi 25!)
The shower drain barely worked, having a shower flooded the whole bathroom unfortunately. There was only a top sheet on the bed, which made it a slightly less comfortable sleep
