Stewie was extremely helpful and was a really good host, he also recommend me to a day trip to Nin Binh and it turned out being perfect. If you come to this place you will have a great experience. Also Hannah upgraded my room for free, they just cant be more nice. If you have the chance to come here please stay here! Also the location is perfect, in the Old Quarter. Hannah, was outstanding, her english is really fluent and she has a beautiful family, she is so nice also. Mia is also a great worker and she works so hard! This hotel is 1000/10!! The customer service is great and the quality of the room is great also. I stayed in the room with a balcony and the view was amazing

The Balcony and the shower was excellent, also very quiet so had a great sleep.

Location is good and less crowded compared to other streets in Hanoi. Rooms were decent with balcony that was a plus. Nice and breezy.
Bathrooms are extremely small. For a 6 footer i found it difficult to use the shower. No breakfast is a big negative especially for the price they charge. Hesitant to accept card payments. Lift is a bit slow. Parking is a hassle especially at night they ask you to park you motorbike in the nearby parking lot citing safety concerns. Had to pay 15000 VND for the same.
