Super super friendly staff! As our first stay in Vietnam we felt very welcomed and the information given to us was super helpful! Location is 10/10. Room as shown in pictures.
A few hairs and stains on bedding but after speaking with staff they explained they were using a new laundry service and planned to change this.

The breakfast was a small buffet in addition to a single order you could make (eggs, pancakes, noodles,...).
The service overall was amazing, very friendly and helpful.
Located around old time was perfect, since most attractions were within walking distance.

2. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
3. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the area.
The standard room is a little small, with limited space for luggage.
