I love to stay again. The hotel was the most beautiful one I’ve ever stayed in, with a spa, a gym and restaurant, but what truly makes this hotel amazing is the staff. They are so knowledgeable & welcoming. Andrew and Henry made sure to make us feel at home. Thanks Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa.

We had a fantastic stay. Location was perfect to get everywhere. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Andrew, the guest services head, was always there to greet and take care of all our needs. I highly recommend The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa.

The location is perfect. You immediately walk into the cozy streets of Hanoi. In addition, you have a beautiful view of the city from the room, especially beautiful with the setting sun. The staff are super nice and speak good English. Mr. Tri, among others, helped us a lot with this. The rooms are very neat, a lovely big bed and especially soundproof. We have a top time here and can definitely recommend it.

This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Elsa was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter. Thank you to everyone at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa, we appreciated your excellent hospitality.
