The place was very nice although it took a minute to get used to the fact that although my bathroom was private for me only, it was across the hall from my room. That was a 1st for me.
Most of the restaurants in the nearby vicinity were closed due to the August Holiday, but using the Metro I was able to get to a very nice restaurant about 30 minutes away on my 1st night. Unfortunately, the very next morning, Metro Line B1 which was right across the street from Parco Delle Valli was shut down until August 30th. I immediately called the owner and told him I would be leaving around noon and not utilizing my last 4 nights. These were issues not controllable by the owner.
