la navetta per la spiaggia
la musica ad alto volume in piscina; la qualità del cibo e la mancanza di menù locale; la spiaggia con gli ombrelloni troppi vicini

Abbondante e varia la colazione, dal salato al dolce...pper tutti i gusti.
Il villaggio è molto curato e con palme ,fiori..prati..
Come ho detto sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della struttura e del contesto. Infatti è il secondo anno che vengo in questo Hotel.
Cosa migliorerei? L'orario dell'ultima navetta dal mare alla struttura, che viene effettuato troppo presto( alle 18.30), sarebbe meglio alle 19.
Sono le ore più piacevoli..

Pool bar was fantastic! Pool bar staff were first class!
Lovely pool area.
Animation team work hard to entertain all guests, primarily kids.
Shuttle bus to town & beach every day.
Reasonable price for buffet lunch & dinner.
Reception bar very inflexible with availability.
Food at dinner was lovely however could be a bit repetitive & was sometimes only lukewarm but expected of a buffet style dinner.

The hotel is modern, clean, the staff are helpful and friendly and the location is close to Otranto and the beaches. The hotel also has a large car park.
We didn't like the swimming pool (booming music in the background), the breakfast buffet was disappointing with limited fresh fruit, the guest wifi signal in the room was poor and we found the beds a bit uncomfortable. Our main issue was that the last shuttle bus from the beach was at 6.30pm (end of August) which meant that we missed the best part of the day on the beach around sunset. The alternative was a 4km walk back to the hotel on a road with no pavements.
