The view was amazing. Access to sandy beach.
The personnel was kind and smiling.
Access to sauna included in price.
I was charged the full amount (excluding climate tax) 10 days before I get there. They need to review their policy on this as it feels unfair.
For such level of hotel more attention to detail is needed. For instance, toilet furniture bits were flimsy, eg toilet seat etc.

Breakfast was fabulous with a wide choice of savoury and sweet and very importantly barista made coffee (not a machine) and freshly squeezed orange juice.
The bathroom amenities - ie the small plastic containers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc were useless - too hard to read and difficult to squeeze and bad for the environment. I prefer the large pump style containers. A choice whether to keep towels should also be offered for the sake of the environment.
There needs to be better control of children in the pool area - perhaps signage forbidding jumping into the pool and pool toys banned as parents aren’t always vigilant.
