An exceptional ryokan with a stunning historic wooden bathhouse. The outdoor onsen, with its view back to the classic building, is truly special. The lobby is elegant, and every staff member provided outstanding service. They even arranged our luggage transfer to the next hotel free of charge and kindly drove us to the bus stop—an unforgettable level of care.
