It is a lovely B&B on the southern edge of Rothesay. There is a bus stop <100 yards away. My single room had an excellent sea view to the north over Rothesay Bay. The bedroom was well appointed. The breakfast was freshly cooked and there were several options. Given the proximity to the bus stop it is an ideal location for catching the bus to Mount Stuart and its excellent parkrun.
It's a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal but there are hourly buses nearly to the door.

Lovely stay, amazing B&B with stunning views out to sea. Just a short walk from the ferry terminal. Very friendly host, accommodating to requests, felt well-looked after, felt safe as solo traveller. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was clean and warm, I could adjust the heating directly for the room which was great! The drawing room was beautiful and the perfect space to relax.
Nothing I didn't like. Far exceeded my expectations and would stay again.

B&B lovely mile walk by the sea from Rothsay and ferry terminal. St Ebba big attractive old house quiet and very clean with beautiful views across water from the breakfast room and guest lounge. My room spacious overlooking gardens and everything want comfortable stay including quality coffee and biscuits shower gel and moisturizer iron with ironing board and perfect shower! Choice quality cooked breakfasts with fresh fruit pots yogurt cereals traditional porridge fruit juice teas coffee looking out across water made perfect start to my day. Landlady seems genuinely enjoy taking care her guests and why house feels such relaxed stay so nice that I decided add another three nights to my booked four!
Toast could have been better quality bread.
