The room exceeded my expectation it was big up to date and clean the room was the best part of my stay loved it.

Food, they where not a lot of options at the main buffet and I hated that.

I didn’t like the customer service at the front desk. It took a whole day for them to honor my voucher , no one told me there was a guest services. The restaurants were booked . The food was below average. There should be at least one restaurant open at all times or some place to purchase food.

Our stay was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The room we were initially given had no working air conditioning, and the bathtub jacuzzi was also not functioning. We reported both issues immediately, yet it took over 24 hours for anyone to come and inspect them. Even after the attempted repairs, neither issue was resolved. We were only moved to another room after 48 hours, which is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, during this time we were also stranded due to Hurricane Melissa. Understandably, services were affected by the hurricane; however, the food provided afterwards was very poor, there were no proper services, and we repeatedly had to ask and beg for basic items such as towels. Given the extraordinary circumstances and the additional days we were forced to stay due to being stranded, we reasonably expected some form of consideration or discount. Instead, the hotel demanded full payment, despite the significant lack of service. This is particularly disappointing as hotels are normally insured for unforeseen incidents such as natural disasters. This was our first visit to Jamaica, and sadly, this experience has left us with a very negative impression. I do not see myself returning anytime soon.
