Great hotel room, good for your money, and amazing service

The staff were amazing and so accommodating. William and Elaine wholeheartedly accommodated us on how to get to certain sites. They even told us places we can eat nearby as soon as we got to check-in. Got us our taxis from and to the airport. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G service. The hospitality and service are impeccable, you just can't put it into words.

Wifi connection was kinda unstable. However, that wasn't much of an issue as we spent most of our time touring the city anyways.

Staff is super nice. The room was comfortable, spacious enough and very clean. The breakfast was varied and good.

Comfy, good location, big bathroom

The receptionist was very welcoming, fast response during chat. The room was very comfy, cleaning was done very thoroughly. We booked an airport transfer when we checked out and kt cost 1000NTD, the van was really comfortable and we arrived within 40minutes to the airport. The location was really good, so many bus choices.

Roomy and good location

The room is quite roomy. It has a big bath room with jacuzzi and separate shower area. The TV system is also quite good with smart TV option and even built in ceiling speaker. It's also a short walk to Ningxia night market. Hotel staff is also friendly. Guidance was also given to parking using the car lift which is a little challenging for people who are not familiar with such parking facilities with unfamiliar rental car.

The room sound isolation is not as good like what others had reviewed but consider the price, I think it's acceptable to me.

The lady staff were so nice and helpful, but the weekend male receptionist wasn't nice as before. The facilities and location is valuable .

Great

Awesome place to stay in a very quiet and local neighbourhood. Facilities were awesome. What impressed us the most were the very friendly and accommodating staff at the concierge. We arrived early and left our luggage. On our last day we also had to leave our luggage for a very long time because of the late flight. Very prompt check-in, breezy. We were upgraded to a deluxe room (higher floor) and we are very grateful. The bathroom had a view of the pier as well. The mbox installed had very good channels. Nice coffee and tea machine in the room. Very good water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. (We stayed during the cold months). It was more than comfortable.:) Thank you for the very kind service. We hope it stays that way in the many years to come!

We can hear either our neighbor or housekeeper moving and walking around in the morning.

The ambience is good and We are satisfied

Romantic lights,the bed is good it's very relaxing and the comportroom also nice, I want your hotel to stay again soon.and the costomer service also Good for the assistant we enjoy the room., We are satisfied thank you.. we'll be visit and stay again soon

Maybe the dress carrier. That only I see. Nothing I don't like. Everything inside is good and beautiful my girlfriend was so amase she really like so much and also me..

Heavy smoke smell

Nice bath tub and toilet

The smell of smoke all over the building, even with air purifier. Carpet relatively old and less hygiene.
