朝食はリクエストをヒアリングしてくれる方式でした。トーストのほかにもパンケーキ（クレープのような薄いタイプ）も選べたり、卵も調理法の好みをきいてくれました。フルーツが特においしかったです。近所のインド料理の魚カレーにあたってバリベリー（バリ腹痛）になってしまったのですが、それを伝えたら黄色い漢方ジュース（すっぱくて苦いけど効く）をだしてくれて優しかったです。
シャンプーはあったけどリンスがなかったので、リンスもおいてくれたらうれしいです。あとバスタオルを初日に大きいのを渡されたのですが３泊して１度も変えることがなかったので、交換を希望しやすいとうれしいです。

Dans une ambiance luxuriante de verdure, Prashanti est un lieu pour se ressourcer et profiter de l'expérience Bali !
C'est vrai petit paradis à quelques minutes du centre de Ubud. Cette proximité à pied permet de visiter à loisir cette ville bouillonante et tellement attachante.
Très nombreux sites d'intérêts accéssiblent aux alentours avec un taxi ou un chauffeur, c'est parfait.
Nos hôtes très acceuillants ont été presents et de bon conseil pour un séjour optimisé. Personnel adorable. Merci.
Et le soir ? Une baignade dans la piscine est un régal. Ou bien à 2mn à pied.. massage, ou cours de yoga ! :-)

location and breakfast is great, and the view is absolutely stunning. definitely the highlights of the stay
1. insects/mosquitoes. i had trouble sleeping for two nights in a row because of the insects, even with the mosquito net and an electric mosquito repellent. i got insect bites all over my arms. the last night was only better because i wore long sleeves and long pants to sleep.
i think the hotel really needs to do more to address the insect problem. after all, a good night’s sleep should be the most basic expectation of any stay.
2. communication with staff. it was often unclear who to contact for different requests, and different staff members sometimes gave conflicting answers, which made things quite frustrating.
3. shower space. the shower area is not big enough, and water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor, making the floor slippery.
