The location was very good with excellent access to public transport & autorickshaws. The free drop-off facility to the airport was also very thoughtful on the hotel’s part.
Rooms were a tad on the small side. Also, given its proximity to Vile Parle Station, sometimes the train noises would carry into the room.

Quite close to the airport, works well for a reasonable stay near the airport. Food is good. Location is good with all sorts of shopping close by. Also means that this is in a very busy place. There’s a station right next to it. The staff is very helpful.
The room we stayed in was a bit smallish, even for two people. Small details that can mean a lot were missing in the room. No low table or a luggage rack on which to keep your suitcases for example. You have to either put it on the bed or the floor while packing/unpacking. No clothes hooks. The shower stall is pretty cramped. The bed was clean but the extra blankets in the closet were a bit smelly.
