Room was spacious and clean. Very comfy bed. It has a microwave, TV, coffee/tea, fridge, heating/cooling as a separate unit, nice & clean bathroom.
Upon registering at the expected arrival time, we had to wait for a while since the staff were busy at the bar/game room.
We couldn't find the wifi password. We wish the bathroom light is a bit brighter.

Best shower I have had in any motel (except no hairdryer).
Very quiet, considering it is open to 4am in the club area.
I was most impressed with the complimentary drink coupon upon arrival. However, the restaurant was closed, so had to sit in the bar/pokies area to enjoy this.
Advertised restaurant to be open on the website (part of why we booked here). Only to find out (after check-in, dressed and ready to enjoy a lovely meal), that the restaurant closes over Christmas/New Year. I was not impressed as this was NOT stated on the website. In fact, I opened the website page and it still had 'Restaurant open'. I suggested that the management change this for future travellers to know.
I also was unimpressed that the room did not have a hairdryer. I couldn't ask at reception as they did not open until 10am so couldn't get in. Might sound like a simple thing, but I don't know many motel rooms without a hairdryer. Most women, myself included, don't want to carry excess bulky luggage which is why having hairdryers in motel rooms is always well received. I would strongly suggest add hairdryers in the rooms. I would also suggest add complimentary biscuit packs ( like all other motels) to the Teabags and coffee. Simple thing to do, but makes a HUGE difference.
