loved the cleanliness, use of space and deco. the bedroom, amazing. great linen. the breakfast area is very nice, outside table and chairs and the garden very good. incredible service by the staff. lovely amenities, well kept.
the window in toilet bathroom, could not open properly. There's a lot of signage, but it was missing the wifi code. I did get it via WhatsApp, but putting it up would make it easier for guest. I arrived late at night, did not want to message at that hour. I was missing a work desk, but maybe the other rooms have, and a good connection to high speed wifi.

The location.
Their policies can be more flexible. We had an early appointment at the USA Embassy. Left before any staff available. Took the keys with us, because of stressful situation, forgot to take it back. Explain to them by phone and send it the same day back by courier. The room was unlocked and could be prepared for the next guests. No mercy, fined us for receiving the key late!!! Could have been more accommodating.
