Beds were comfy One member of staff was very friendly WiFi was excellent

No utenils in the kitchen had to buy my own. Then there's only 2 hobs in the kitchen so have to wait till others are finished before you can use it. No hot water in the kitchen either to wash up. You have to boil the kettle. That's if u can get in there. Very noisy at night. Not child friendly at all but had no choice but to stay there during this time. so unfortunately had to stay here for two weeks. We didn't sleep properly and my 8 year old daughter found condoms in the drawers and there was unappropriate art decor on the wall. Floors very slippary in bathroom. Showers have no curtain. People try opening the bathroom door while your in there even though door is locked. They offer Toiletries but we only received one roll of toilet paper and tiny soap and a hand towel. Luckily we brought all our own. Also didn't recieve dressing gown or slippers as advertised. Our TV was smashed and air con didn't work at all. Doorbell rings throughout the night as well as people talking loud in passage and kitchen. Not good for a child either. Defo not quiet and expect rude staff aart from one!

It was good overall.

There was no breakfast served, but the doors being left open early to air the place, ridiculous in this cold weather. It left a cold stench in an otherwise decent facility.

The doors to be left closed during winter and some mops in the shower, otherwise a very clean facility.

Won't see me again

Comfortable bed and the lady working there is very friendly!

The communual kitchen was very dirty when we got there .. Our second room was not ready with check in and only after a call a second room was given to us. There is no curtains on the windows in the bathrooms so people can see in while you are using the bathroom. In tne bathroom there is a broken blind but the toilet seat is so loose that one can easily slide off it. There is also no hooks for you to hang towels and no shower curtains so when you shower everything gets wet. There was food in the microwave when we wanted to use it so that wasn't very higienic. The 'braai facilities' is a single braai that is not very stable. Luckily we brought our own kettle, plates and cutlery because the kitchenware is not matching and all over the place which makes you feel that you are using someone else's things. Oh and do not expect a terrace as stated on the app. The descriptions on the app is very misleading and false advertising.

Not what I thought it was.

Nothing to like.

Rooms were dirty. Two bathrooms which all of the guests must share. No refreshments. No iron. No space to hang my clothes. Only one small towel. Right next to a busy road and I couldn't sleep.

Disgraceful stay

Absolutely nothing.

The entire stay - false advertising at it's best! Condoms in the bedside drawers, bathroom door that would not close properly, cockroaches on the floor just to mention a few things. I would not recommend this place to anyone! This is disgraceful and I want a complete refund as this stay has caused emotional distress not only to myself but my family as well. Pictures can be sent upon request.

Check-in time way too late, showers are open - No shower curtain or booth and now the water is everywhere thereafter they expecting the guest to clean and even put up a note a person must clean his or her mess which is disgusting. Drove all the way when I went to check-in my room was not ready and I was so tired at the time.

Nothing. What is advertised, is not what you get. We were so disappointed with the accommodation, we decided to travel back to our home town, which is 220KM away.

The fact that you want to charge a extra R300.00, to check in earlier, is daylight robbery. Nothing is mentioned on you website, that there is no bathroom, only a communal bathroom available.

B-n-B? Not so.

Not much.

It takes clients on an hourly basis for sexual encounteres at all times of the day an night. This I witnessed myself and was confirmed to me by some of these clients. The shared bathrooms are inadequate. The showers are not enclosed. After a shower the slippery tiles of the entire bathroom are wet and poses a serious possibility for injury. They are communal spaces, but are not cleaned for tge next user. The clothes line runs through the so-called leisure area outside. The room I had is the one in the adds and clearly the best they have. The carpet is treadbare and dirty. No hanging space or cupboard. The plastic chair is probably the best feature, unless you are impressed with an over-sized TV. The curtains are too long and hangs in folds on the ground. The small plastic table is a joke. There is not even a decent chair in the room, only one plastic upright. In the bedside stand are a great variety of condoms available - not my idea of a B-n-B. I spoke to the friendly staff on various occasions as to my experiences and what I observed with regards to their working conditions. They are being exploited to my mind. The kitchen space leaves much to be desired and what cutlery and crockery rhat is available, suspect. There is no access to water in the room, no basin, no kettle. There is no lobby, reception or lounge in the place. The impression is that every nook and cranny became a 'room'. Seeing the majority of clientele I suppose that the idea that one truly wishes to have a basic decent place to stay hasn't crossed the mind of the owner. Frankly it seems like a flophouse doubling as B-n-B

We did NOT stay. I wouldn’t even let a homeless person stay there!

Nothing.We did not stay. I asked bookings.com regarding the refund as well as the establishment on the day. The receptionist assured us that bookings.com would give us a full refund . We never stayed at all, left and found somewhere else to stay and I would insist on a full refund or a full credit for my next stay somewhere else.

It is as disgusting. Filthy, dodgy and it’s clearly a pay by the hour venue where prostitution is happening. I am still angry at the misleading info online. Can someone please make contact with me regarding the refund.
