The location was easy to find.
The roof was leaking on Tues 14th Sep night. The bedding was wet. I reported to d caretaker. She told me there was nothing she could do by then (night), that I should sleep on d side of d bed, she would change d following day. I slept in a sitting position, to avoid being wet. The following day she came approximately between 10 & 11am. She took d bedding to dry it on d line. The mattress cover was full of urine maps (disgusting, poor hygien, no respect for clients). I had to wait for d bedding to get dry, hence she said there was no spare clean bedding. Why is there no space bedding, if I may ask you as d owner? She told me to take the clean bedding to another room which was leaking worse. Only to find that I discovered that d duvet inner was bloody & d mattress cover was also bloody on the bed. If I may ask, who was expected to sleep with bloody bedding? Is that respect for d clients. Needless to say I liked d room itself. Beside the urine paps on the mattress cover, the rest of the bedding looked clean, & smelt likewise. Unlike last time in May d bedding looked clean but smelt d opposite. Of cause I didn't take notice of the mattress cover last time. Needless to say your accommodation didn't match my payment. I came there to prepare myself for the exam, scheduled for 17th Sept, however, the wet bedding deprived me of the proper rest. I ddnt sleep well d whole night on Tuesday. The following day my head was heavy, feeling dizzy, unfortunately I was still deprived of rest, because I had to wait for the bedding to get dry. Needless to say I was deprived of the proper rest & study!
NB: The toilets should be properly cleaned. The toilet bowl should be brushed clean inside, using the cleaning product, e.g. handy andy/domestos/jik etc.On my arrival on d 14th Sept I used d sunlight liquid from d main kitchen, to brush d toilet bowl clean. The toilet sit was wiped clean.
