I liked that it was off the beaten track and in the French countryside. Cleanliness is really important but so is charm. We lucked out with both! Quiet, charming, comfortable with great local food and close to all of Normandy.

The location being in the mountain already but the views weren't really great for the price.
HOT!!! Electric fan was too small. No screen on windows. We had to leave windows open so mosquitoes come in. TOO SMALL of a room.
