Excellent location. 10 minute qalk from the beach and Kata food market on the doorstep. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Very attentive host- Vito, great communication. Came straight away when there was a plumbing issue. Attention to detail- the sockets were 2 and 3 pin, with extension which meant we could charge all our devices. Cleaning was done daily with fresh towels and bedsheets change whenever requested. Bottled water and coffee provided daily. Breakfast was great. Kai was lovely and made halal food for us. Tea/coffee, juice, water and a full breakfast. She even made pancakes when we wanted. Vito, the host arranged for sandwiches to be made the morning of our flight as we would miss breakfast. All in all a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
Box of tissues and toilet paper in the room would have been useful.

It is in the middle of the walking road. music goes on until 23.00. There is a restaurant at the entrance. I had a breakfast early but it was very delicious.
everything has a fine. If you invite someone 500 baht, durian 1000 baht, lost keys 1000 baht. They take 1000 baht deposit and food was much cheaper outside the restaurant.
