Modern and clean room in the heart of Kata, directly on the main road. The windows isolate quite good the noise from outside, we had no problems with that.
Spacious bathroom, good water pressure.
New TV with lot of channels and small fridge at the premise.
Cleaning was good, comfortable towels, slippers etc. provided.
Bed was big and comfortable.
Location is very convenient - 7/11, bars, food, restaurant etc. all around the corner. 10 minute walk to Karon or Kata beach.
Recommended.
It's not really a hotel, more like a guesthouse. Don't expect a full lobby or other premises from a hotel. There's just a small reception to pick up keys during business hours.
This was clear for us and therefore no problem at all. We could also leave our luggage for a few hours after leaving the room without an issue.

Отличное расположение.
Невероятный шум с улицы. Если попадется номер на сторону улицы, то будете жить как на дороге. Благо нам удалось поменять номер на другую сторону.
Немного странное решение крепить шампунь и гель для душа на двусторонний скотч. Отвалилось это дело постоянно
