The pool was very nice.
Wasn’t enough food available at dinner, couldn’t get into my room, had to keep walking to the main building, no staff were available to help.

Bathroom, lift, luggage trolley, room equipment including safety box, free entry to Aquapark with including all amusements and associated entertainment. Very easy access to High Tatras Mountains.
No air conditioning. Broken radiator which was constantly hot to touch even during current heat wave.
Fridges not working properly and being hot to touch.

One aspect of the trip was an interesting surprise. The hotel is in the football stadium. When I say the stadium, I mean in the stadium, like part of the stadium. The rooms are across from VIP sections within the stadium. I am a huge sports fan, so that was an unexpected surprise. The room was clean and was just like a normal hotel room. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. You could make fresh juice for breakfast. Parking was right at the stadium (with all the other sports fans).
I rarely write bad reviews, but this hotel is located directly inside a football stadium. Based on the pictures and name on Booking.com, my wife and I expected easy and convenient access to the Aqua City resort for a quiet evening of swimming. Instead, 90% of the photos are taken from across the river, and we arrived in the middle of a loud, crowded football game.
To reach the Aqua Park, you have to walk 150 meters out of the stadium (the booking description says 492 feet, which is about 150 meters—literally a football field and a half), through a parking lot, across a bridge, and along a road. You certainly cannot wear a swimsuit from your room to the pools. For the price, we were completely disappointed. If a hotel uses the Aqua Park's name and photos, it should be conveniently located to the Aqua Park, not in a stadium across a river and a street.
