Good hotel close to train station and many attractions

Hotel is located opposite Fujinomiya train station but was not benefit for us a we travelled by car. The room size is good for 2 adults and a 3-year-old kid. There are restaurants close to the hotel. Hotel staff can speak good English. The breakfast is OK.

Hotel charged for a parking. No free water available.

Nice hotel close to Mt Fuji with great facilities and staff

The hotel and facilities were really nice and clean with ample parking. Staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed and were able to speak english which made things even easier. The open air bath was well kept and pleasant to use with instructions available in different languages, they even provided bathrobes, slippers and carry bags to take toiletries etc to the bath.

Hotel rooms were a little on the smaller side and poor noise insulation from the hallways meant that you could hear other tourists if they were being particularly rowdy.

Wonderful experience with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji!

Wonderful hotel just beside Fujinomiya Station. Our rooms looked out on Mt. Fuji, which was great, as was the varied and delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Ideal for a one or two night stay in Fujinomiya - I would recommend both the Shiraito Waterfall and the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center. (The latter was closed during our stay because of the year-end Japanese holiday, but the building itself was astounding!)

Waterfall and lake

Stay Nov 5 - 9 2023. Room is clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Typical room size - small. Hotel is just next to Fujinomiya train station and central bus stop (Buses from here go to Shiraito Waterfalls, Lake Tanuki etc and also Lake Kawaguchiko). Tourist info centre is at ground level of train station. Lots of eateries within 20 mins of walking from hotel ( The Blue's Noodles - chicken broth ramen, Marugame Siemens - udon tempura, and others selling yakisoba etc). There is also a big AEON mall on other side of train station. Free breakfast is included althot same variety throughout our stay. No free water bottles and coin laundry machines are of the old type - separate washer and dryer that need detergent

The bathroom is a bit cramped.

I would stay here again in Fujinomiya

Our room did not have a view of Mt Fuji but they opened the door at the end of the hall in the morning which allowed us to go out on the steps to see it. Parking fee was reasonable for the parking lot behind the building. Free breakfast. I had rice with curry and some yakisoba. The beds were very comfortable. Not too hard. The people working the front desk were all very pleasant.

No complaints. It was unusual to have an actual key. Had to remember to lock the door when leaving.

Overall, our stays are good and comfortable.

The hotel’s location is good especially Aeon is reachable within minutes walk. We wanted to praise the cleaning team as they are very thoughtful, we’re pleased that they packed a bag of bathroom toiletries and towels and hanged at our door without our request (everyday during our stays from 5/5/23-9/5/23, must give a thumbs up).

The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small and bathroom is not quite suitable for elderly as it needs to step up and down when they needs to go to the bathroom.

Make sure to bring your booking details in Japanese.

We liked the location. It was near the train station, mall and restaurants. The dinning hall is cozy.

We arrived early in the property and the staff deny that we had booking with the hotel. The staff eventually found it, but still cannot establish that I booked for twin room with 3 person. We came back to the hotel in the afternoon, and a different staff told us the same thing. It seems that booking reservations are not properly synced with their system. We were worried that we might not be able to get the room that we booked for, but they were able to meet our expectation. We book through booking several times a year and this is the first time we that kind of welcome.

Amazing view of Mt Fuji from bedroom window. I am glad I did an upgrade. Will be back if I visit this place again!

Mt Fuji view. It’s priceless. Hotel room is clean and staff are polite. Breakfast is Japanese style.

The pillow is too soft.

great location and friendly staff

Perfect location right in front of the station and very kind staff. I he rooms are also very nice and you are given pajamas and slippers to sleep in. There is also free breakfast in the morning which is convenient

You have to turn in your key every time you leave for the day which I found to be a bit strange
