I need to make sure you are aware that the City of La Quinta does not allow any amplified music including cell phone and noise traveling from inside to the outside. Well as much as I enjoyed the house we had air conditioner issues and kitchen sink issues :(. This is not what I would expect paying the money that we did. The management company was good and apologized but .......... I hope they do some maintenance on the house so no one else has those issues. ut great property and location.

We loved the house and the space everyone had. The pool and spa situation was very disappointing, it was not heated to what was advertised. We spoke to the estate manager multiple times and we were assured a pool repair man would be sent to the home. Unfortunately, that never happened. The temperature was way too cold for small children.

The accommodations were what we were expecting. It was a lovely stay. But the experience I had in dealing with Palm Springs Vacation Homes staff made everything easier. Amber who was my main contact was the sweetest person I have dealt with in a long time. Not only was she kind and very patient with me she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I wont ever go to anyone else the next time I need to find a vacation home!! Pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Palm Springs Vacation Homes is subpar
The property wasn’t that clean. There were dead bugs in the light fixture and very dirty shutters. The up stairs bathroom leaked through the first story ceiling rendering it unusable. One of the downstairs bathrooms had a child’s seat on it so it was unusable leaving only the master bathroom accessible to 7 women. Because of the leak, none of the bathroom outlets worked and there were no GFI resets. The AC was broken and the dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor. When we let PSVH know, they were very slow in getting back to us and refused to refund any of our money. They quit communicating with us after one email. I am still trying to reach them. I would never rent from PSVH ever again. A s a VRBO consumers, I would ask that you do the same so companies like this cannot take advantage of the renters.

Overall the house was everything we needed, great location, felt secure, plenty of room. However, there was no hand soap dispensers in any bathrooms and the sheets in the upstairs twin bedroom were ripped as was the dust ruffle. Other than that our needs were met. Can't say enough about how helpful and attentive Taylor was!

This was our second stay in this home. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. It is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The layout is functional and comfortable. The finishes are a bit dated but very clean and well maintained. The management company representative was always available and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home. We were a party of 8 adults.

This is a lovely four bedroom home in excellent condition, with a hot tub and pool. LaQuinta is about 35 minutes from Palm Springs and has a few nice restaurants, and is close enough to Palm Desert, which has many more and lots of shopping. The home is well kept and the kitchen is well supplied. Amber and Taylor, who work for the property manager, were terrific. There are a few things about the house that should be improved. There is only one functioning television, with very basic cable. If you want to rent a film, or watch anything on a premium channel, you need to call the managing agent to arrange it and pay for it. That is ridiculous and inconvenient. We had an almost four year old with us, and it would have been nice to amuse him with a movie a couple of times. This house needs a cable upgrade and another television so a child can watch a show while his grandfather watches football! The other problem is that the two upstairs bedrooms each have twin beds, so parents who want to sleep close to their child have to be in twin beds. At least one of those rooms should have at least a full bed and a twin. There is no way ww would have left our almost four year old grandchild upstairs alone because the staircase is high and turns. A sleepy child looking for a parent might fall. These upgrades would be easy to do, and would improve the comfort of the house. Overall, we had a lovely time.

December 2018 Stay
First of all, Amber and Taylor were great-they were professional and very helpful.
We enjoyed our stay, and the home was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We spent lots of time in the hot tub!
Our only criticism was the one television in a four bedroom rental, and that it was served by very basic cable. This wasn’t great with football fans and a three year old in one house. The owners really should improve cable service and add another TV.
We were impressed with the Concierge Services available, though we didn’t use them this trip.
Thanks for a lovely vacation after a terrible experience with Airbnb.

The home was comfortable if a little dated in some rooms. The kitchen was aesthetically pleasing but lacked some essentials that have been provided in other VRBO home rentals. Most importantly for our group was that it was within walking distance to IWTG which it was. We met several neighbors while walking in the neighborhood and all were very nice and super friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out with a mobile app was pretty nifty feature. The app also provided other activities and attractions in the area. This home will be very special with a few more updates and some additional necessities in the kitchen. Overall a pleasant stay.

For me that was a big down side. I think for a rental property in Palm Springs, they need to add additional cable packages - sports and HBO, etc. Also, the kitchen furnishings were among the poorest I've experienced.
