Nestled in Bermuda Dunes, this lovely house for $542 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Bermuda Bungalow! This is your perfect home for relaxing with family and friends. Located inside the gates of Bermuda Dunes Country Club, this private luxury home offers everything you need for your friends and family to have an amazing vacation! Perfectly located between La Quinta, Palm Desert, and Indio, this retreat offers a stunning and HUGE back yard pool oasis, covered patios for outdoor seating and dining, a full game room, and every amenity you could want. Sleeps 12+. The space: This house is so comfortable, quiet, and has it all! There are 6 smart TV's in the house, 3 work desks, and a high speed mesh network for all of your Internet needs. The family room has a Dolby Atmos sound bar for great movies and music, and the game room is perfect for a kids hangout area with another 65" TV and ping pong table. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there is an outdoor barbeque island and bar which includes a very high end brand new built in barbeque and 4 barstools. There is also an amazing covered patio with an outdoor table that can seat 8. There are 8 lounge chairs on the patio and pool area, 2 huge outdoor lounging couches, as well as 4 pool chairs for everyone to relax. Don't miss out on the half court basketball court to enjoy! The pool and hot tub are amazing and so relaxing. There is a $50 charge per day for heating the pool. The hot tub will be heated on request for no extra charge. Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Guest access: You will have full access to the entire home - inside and out. Enjoy the back patio, the outdoor bar, the barbeque, the amazing pool, the basketball court, the laundry room, and the well stocked kitchen! Laundry soap and dishwashing soap provided. Other things to note: This is NOT a party house! The minimum age requirement is 30. This home is in a very private/gated country club. All of the neighbors are full time residents. There is a lot of privacy with this house, but there are strict guidelines to ensure a successful short term rental works here. We want your group to have fun, but need you to be respectful of our neighbors and the community our home is in. Per city requirement, no amplified outdoor music and quiet hours are 10pm-8am for outdoors. For any deliveries, make sure you direct the drivers to the main gate at the intersection of Adams and Avenue 42. All parking should be off the street. There are 2 spots in the garage and 4 in the driveway. If you need to park on the street, please park on the north side of the house (towards main gate) next to the green fence where the road is wider. Please do NOT park in front of the house by the mailbox.

Terrific house in a nice neighborhood. Well equipped!! Great big yard for kids to play plus a good sized pool. It had a basketball hoop too!! I would definitely rent this again!! The owner was extremely flexible!!

The outdoor amenities are great. The house was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout is a bit odd but you get used to it.

This backyard is everything! There was so much space! We enjoyed badminton, cornhole, basketball and the pool is perfect! The layout of the house was a little odd for our family and friends, as there is no bathroom on one end of the house, but we managed just fine. The bonus playroom was perfect for the kids, the only wish they had was that there had been a pool table. We loved the neighborhood too. The house had no one behind or on the right of it so it’s very secluded. We liked having the safety of the guard gate as well.

We had an amazing time. Clean, great communication with the owner, awesome pool, nice and safe community. In the Palm Springs/Indio area, you have to be cognitive about how much noise you are making outside (even during the day). But the great part about this house, is you have no one on one side of the house and no one in the behind the house.

We had a wonderful weekend vacation here, the kids were entertained, our young adult children were entertained and finally me and my husband could relax without hearing “I’m bored” and we never had to leave so we weren’t bothered to buy stuff they don’t need lol, Brent answered all my questions fast and I love that I’m going home with no laundry to do because I was able to wash the clothes each day, it was a beautiful home with a perfect backyard❤️ Definitely will be going back again

We Absolutely loved the house and it's layout. It fit our families needs with the amount of bedrooms and the specious layout of the house. Loved Loved the backyard, kids had a blast. The beds were also very comfortable. Brent was a great host. We Will definitely go back to this property.

My friends and I needed an escape from our busy lives to relax, and this property delivered! The pool is incredible and was where we spent almost all of our time. The inside slept the 10 of us comfortably and could easily sleep the max 12. The kitchen and grill were perfect for making dinners (with a Costco super close to the home). Brent, the property owner, was incredibly kind and responsive, and made us feel very welcomed. We all left our vacation recharged. We definitely plan to make this get together an annual event, and we hope we can come back here again! Thank you!

We had a blast! We picked a super hot time to go but the indoor ping pong table and TV’s in every room were fantastic. Night swimming was so wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable.

The house is great! The house is large and spacious, with plenty of areas to sit and play. The backyard and pool area were amazing — very large for games and the pool was great, with plenty of seating in both shade and sun. Only feedback is that the house could use a few extra supplies in the kitchen. Overall, the house was great for our family getaway.

The house was lovely for our multigenerational family get together. The kids loved the pool, hot tub & ping pong table. Yard was spacious with lots of outdoor seating options. the big couch in the living room was perfect for watching football & movies...and every room had their own tv if people wanted to do their own thing. We had Thanksgiving dinner at the home and could have used more kitchen items like pyrex/corningwear and larger serving dishes & platters, but kitchen was otherwise well stocked for daily usage. Overall a nice place to stay for large falimiles.

We traveled from the Midwest to meet our friends from California for the weekend at this great house. The kids (all 7) loved the pool area. The outside area was great for hanging out and eating our meals. A beautiful home, with a very responsive host.
