This option provides everything on the top 2 floors but also includes everything in the walk-out basement. This comes to a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 full baths. This option adds 3 extra bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens), 2 extra full bathrooms, and an additional living space/game room (with full size air hockey table, an xbox 360, and a kids ping pong table), laundry room, and kitchen.
