Lovely house in a secluded area. The room was nice and clean and spacious. There is a large sitting room and kitchen reserved only for the 3 guest rooms. The grounds are great to have a small walk in! We even heard owls when we went outside before bed and could see loads of stars! The breakfast was all local food and delicious and very filling. The host (Agathe) was very welcoming and friendly. The location is fairly well suited for a break in between Calais and the South of France. It’s well suited to visit the local area and I recommend walking to the top of the Butte and the local restaurant called Auberge de St Catherine which was open on a Sunday evening! The food was great and the beer was excellent.
All good.
Maybe could be a tiny bit cheaper but still good overall.

l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes et le cadre de ce domaine reposant encore en cours d'embellissement.
Bonjour , nous avons réservé une chambre pour deux au prix de 149 € sur le site BOOKING ? Or le prix sur place avec le petit déjeuner affiché dans la chambre "l'hirondelle et les petites oiseaux" était de 120 €. je trouve que la différence que retient booking est particulièrement exagérée. Nous sommes très déçus du service de booking. on a vraiment l'impression de se faire avoir. Nous aurions dû contacter nos hôtes très charmants en direct. Nous ne passerons plus par BOOKING.

Un espace naturel exceptionnel (une île arborée entre deux bras du loir) en même temps qu’un ensemble de bâtiments chargés d’histoire (une ancienne forge et un ancien moulin). Le bruit de l’eau et le chant des oiseaux. Un accueil joyeux et bienveillant. La chambre très confortable et le petit déjeuner gourmand.
