Continental breakfast was good. Staff helpful and friendly.
I had asked if we could check in earlier. No reply by email. When I phoned, a recording told me to ring after 4 pm. I much prefer to speak to a human being even if my request cannot be granted.

The location was perfect for our needs. Staff were super friendly and attentive
To have regular hot water would be nice to have a shower, as it was hit & miss.
Breakfast would be nice if there was a small selection of pastries, we ended up popping to weatherspoons for breakfasts.
Our room was at the front, so we heard vehicles in the morning, unsure if windows could be upgraded to double glazing?
Other guests were inconsiderate as they banged doors, maybe some signs could go up.
Wifi didnt connect on our side of the building.

Location was great
Clean bedding and comfortable bed - though small as it’s only a double and I’m used to a king.
Breakfast was just toast, a choice of 4 cereals, or blueberries/strawberries with plain yoghurt.
Shower plug was blocked so had to stop the shower half way through to let the water drain.
No hot water this morning.
No shower gel so bring your own!
Walls are paper thin so we had the pleasure of listening to our neighbours “enjoying” themselves last night.
I also have a huge snake phobia and we were put in the adder room with photos of snakes on the wall!!
