Harika bir ev

bu kadar temiz ve düzenli olması harikaydı. Bizi karşıladılar evi detaylıca anlattılar. Her sey düşünülmüş ve tertemizdi. İnanın lendi evleri gibi isletiyorlar. Müşteri değil misafir gibisiniz. Süper süper tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Rozczarowanko, wybierzcie lepszy pokój albo inny obiekt!

Doskonała oferta kanałów satelitarnych. Czysto, blisko maleńkiej plaży w Dobrota. Nasz pokój totalnie nas rozczarował, zapewne inne pokoje mają znacznie wyższy standard. Na plus deska do prasowania i żelazko.

Jestem bardzo rozczarowany pobytem w tym miejscu. Co prawda kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, natomiast to co otrzymaliśmy w cenie było totalnym minimum, którego się nie spodziewaliśmy bazując na informacjach dostępnych w opisie obiektu. Przede wszystkim informacja "Obiekt Apartments Milunović usytuowany jest zaledwie 2 minuty spacerem od objętego patronatem UNESCO Starego Miasta w Kotorze" jest fałszywa i mimo, że można ją łatwo zweryfikować wpisując adresy w Google Maps to zaufałem informacji od obiektu. Odległość od starego miasta to około 20 minut (a nie 2!). WiFi w naszym pokoju miało fatalny zasięg (około jednej kreski) i przerywało mi połączenia. Czytając opis "Apartamenty obejmują część wypoczynkową na otwartym planie z telewizorem z płaskim ekranem oraz doskonale wyposażoną kuchnię z piekarnikiem, płytą kuchenną i stołem. Do dyspozycji Gości jest także pralka." spodziewaliśmy się części wspólnej w której będzie można przyrządzać posiłki. Niestety tak nie było. Mieliśmy maleńki, niski stoliczek przy którym ciężko było spożywać posiłki. Pralki na oczy nie widzieliśmy. Łóżko starego typu, skrzypiące, belki poprzeczne potrafiły wypadać, bardzo niekomfortowe. Dostaliśmy zestaw ręczników, który musiał nam starczyć na tydzień. Ich wymiana to koszt około 10 EUR. Brak grzejnika w toalecie powodował, że śmierdziały, nie dało się ich wysuszyć, brak balkonu. Z odpływu śmierdziało kanalizacją, nieprzyjemnie było zatem korzystać z łazienki, a gdy zapomniało się wieczorem zamknąć drzwi do niej to rano budziliśmy się w smrodzie. W innym obiekcie sprzątano nam pokój i wymieniano ręczniki bez dodatkowych opłat.

Nice spacious apt. Was perfect for the 3 of us. And free parking. Sweet hosts

Nice staying

Location. New building. The rooms are well equipped. Nice owners. Supermarket very near and refrigerator in the room .free parking.very good price for the room.

There was no hot water one night. Air-condition is not bad, including heating, but could be better.

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Owner volunteerer to go do the turist registrstiom for us. The room was confortable

There is an extra fee of 15 euros for cleaning. This is a value on top of what booking shows, which can trick people not paying attention, such as me. The bathroom of the room had a very bad sewers smell, which spread through all the room. Finally, water to take shower was not warm once we arrived, we had to wait a couple of hours for taking a shower

Uncomfortable bed

The location is amazing for the price. It is in walking distance to kotor, but also to many small beaches along the water . Automated blinds keep the light and heat out, which is great. parking is included and spacious. The availability of the staff is good.

mold in the Bathroom, horrible bed (the bed was sinking in the middle as the bedframe consisted of a few wooden sticks, fridge was dripping wet when we got the apartment, no hangers anywhere around this small room to place things. You could hear the neighbors, cleaning fee for 15€ for one night that were charged extra are not acceptable for a classic double bedroom of the size of this. This is also a topic of how the prices are displayed and distributed.

Great value for money!

Very functional apartment Very quiet Parking is a big plus Very comfortable bed Close to the old town (15 minutes walking) The closest supermarket is just 5 minutes away

Some things in the apartment would need to be fixed/renewed a bit, but nothing that would make the staying less pleasant; the contact phone number on booking should be updated: at the moment, you can see the owner's number, but the person giving the keys will be a different one, so it makes it a bit complicated if you cannot call or if you don't have internet access to communicate with the owner to inform about your arrival Please, add a bin in the bathroom, ladies will appreciate it ;)

Big apartment. Safe parking place. Close to sea, close to old town of Kotor and Kotor's bay. The host gaves us tips to visit surroundings of Kotor which were really amazing.

Great location! Really spacious and comfortable apartment. Air conditioning was good to have. Kitchen had most things we needed. Great host!

Very good

The apartment studio is clean, new, comfy and has a small terrace. There are everything you need for your stay (small kitchen, utensils, hairdryer, iron). The beautiful promenade zone is nearby, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants, product shops too. It is not far from the old city.

This apartment studio is on the basement floor and there is no view from the terrace. There are no shelves or towel hook in the bathroom. Poor Wi Fi.

- Air conditioning does not reach the main bedroom (as it's located in the living room) so room was very hot - We did not see any microwave but maybe we missed it - Unfriendly welcome

Exceptional!

I liked everything about the property! The location is perfect! (close to the beach, to the Old town and small bus station, a lot of shops and a nice bakery) The apartment was great, fully equiped with all necessities, including a hairdryer, iron, clean towels, cutlery... etc. First impression was that it is very clean, comfy and definitetly looks even better than on photos! One of the greatest assets is that it has a big balcony, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or chilling after the beach time. Hosts were very kind and helpful, starting from reservations manager who provided all necessery information regarding the stay in the facility, to young couple - owners of the proprety, who also provided all information we asked for and were super kind! I couldn’t find any bad side of this property! Truly exceptional and great value for the money!!! Thank you for a great Montenegro experience, after more than 10 years from my last visit!

It was a very positive experience staying there for 5 days

Jovan met us when we arrived and helped with getting into the location. Apartment had a big balcony which was a big plus for us. Good kitchen. Very comfortable bed. All the things that are needed in a flat were there including iron, washing machine and shower. Quite close to the supermarket (5 min walk) and pharmacy. In 10 min walk there are few good restaurants along the seaside. There's a place for parking in the yard, as mostly city is full of cars. There were some comments about paying taxes. You have to do that in a city centre (20 min walking from the apartment) or Jovan can do that for you.

Frying pan is bad for... frying :) Shower itself not very comfortable. In general everything is clean but floor is very dusty, probably because of the balcony. If you are not used to wearing shoes at home - your socks will be black immediately.

Great host, clean rooms and good location.

The host was very helpful, the rooms were clean, the stay was very budget-friendly and value for money. The room is a walking distance to the harbor and a 15 minutes walk to the old town which is actually good than staying near the old town, as you can actually enjoy the harbor walk from the room to the old town.

Exceptional

Very helpful host, appartments are new and modern. View from window is great. Excellent price/quality ratio. Definitely recommend these appartments.

Distance to the Kotor is 15 minutes walking, but that not a big problem as it is very beautiful quay, moreover it is not so busy as in the center.

Okay room/location, bad WiFi

We liked it! Nice host, close to the beach, average room, huge bathroom, very clean and all for an okay price.

The WiFi was really bad. We kept losing connection and sometimes it didn't work at all. Also the host was very hard to reach. Take care of your customers and give them good WiFi! It is 2019 so we can't go without it but we do pay for it!
