property is good
its the staff. the night time staff .. its a woman.. she was so rude.. we are juat asking for extra pillow.. she seemed not happy with her job.. she said only 2 people allowed in the room how come we are 3.. we are with our daughter basically a child.. when we check in we are never questioned or said anything .. its actually ok to tell us in a acceptable tone and voice. instead what she did is she never gave us a pillow and shouted at us..that we are not allowed to have that room as its only for two people.. its basiclly ok to inform us nicely, but there were so many people in the waiting room that time, we feel so ashamed.. that runied everything in our stay.. wont stay here again

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great value for money with the parking included!
Having some basic tea/coffee facilities would have been great.

Great location. The Wests club next door is great. Staff at the hotel and club are excellent
Bedside lamp didn’t work. Bathroom fan is noisy and obviously needs repair. Lack of coat hangers for business travellers.
