- very clean and tidy
- good location: quiet area, you can walk to city centre (5-10min) and to Black lake (40 min)
- nice terrace in front of the house to hang out with other friendly guests
- warm welcome by the host who gives her best to make her guests happy
The following things didn’t affect our happy stay too much but I think it’s good to know them beforehand:
- the house and the room is very small and narrow, only a bed fits in, much luggage is difficult
- there is no kitchen that can be used for cooking, only a fridge for guests
- unfortunately there were many dogs in the neighborhood barking all night
- the room including the private stuff like clothes is cleaned and tidied up every day by the host without prior asking (maybe others like that, I’d prefer being asked before my jacket is put in a wardrobe etc.)
- the host has some opinions and values that we, as open-minded and tolerant people, don’t share

One of the cleanest guest houses I have ever stayed in! Suzana is a welcoming host and keeps the bathrooms spotless. The house is central to everything, but far enough away from the busy center, so you have plenty of peace and quiet. The rooms are small, but comfortable, with enough storage. There’s a small fridge to store snacks and you can make coffee or tea, but just be aware that there’s no kitchen access!

The guest house was spotlessly clean and in a great location - just a short walk from shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Suzana was a lovely, very kind host who gave us many recommendations and made us feel at home. She really went above and beyond to accommodate us.
