Large room with great views and plenty of storage. Opposite a lovely park with dining options, very relaxing
Only stayed one night which was not long enough. Although hotel is some way away from central Incheon, it felt like a great first stop off the plane, walking around the area and dining locally before picking up a rental car the following day.

Nice rooms with good facilities, well maintained building and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Elevator waiting time - the lobby is at 36 fl. Huge line when there are conferences. Although this could pass as a premium property, this elevator waiting can compromise guest experience.

great location the room was excellent with everything needed available
the window had a major water leak i
had to put towels to absorb the water i notified the personnel they did ask if i wanted a different room i thought it would be nice to be offered a discount or a complimentary drink or something.

It was conveniently located for Seoul airport.
The apartment rooms were big with great views.
The attention to details was very poor for a 5 star hotel. The hot and cold taps worked the other way around, the USB and bedside charging ports didn’t work, the room numbers outside each room were grubby, the cleaning in the bathroom was poor and the towels were thin.
