Clean hotel with great location near train and subway lines. Don quijote and convenience location for Tokyo dome. Staff were friendly and spoke great English. Complimentary drinks for coffee and tea in the lobby.

The location is very good right near Suidobashi and Kasuga and Karagen stations.
It is right across the street from a shopping mall with lots of restaurants, pharmacy and everything you should need.
The hotel gives you amenities free like facial cream, shaving gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, etc.
The rooms are a bit outdated and need some renovation. Cleaning is done once every 3 days as I understood.

It’s efficiency
Some of the staff behaved strangely to say the least. Unwillingness to resolve problems seriously and occasionally inability to communicate in English.

The room was confortable and clean. The position was very convenient.
Breakfat could be improved with a wider choice. But the preparation was fine.
