The hotel is conveniently located near the Iidabashi metro station. We got a spacious room with a comfortable bed and bathroom. There was a small fridge in the room. Pyjamas and slippers were available.
It is a big hotel, so you can expect queues to check in (if you arrive close to 15:00) and at the breakfast. If you come to the breakfast around 9:30 or later, or if you are the dining room at that time, you will be reminded that the breakfast is served only until 10:00 (which we found annoying). The breakfast buffet is solid, but the supply rate is slower than the consumption rate at the peak times.

The location is great, quite unlike the central places. Very close the the subway which is great.
Rooms are relatively big comparing to other hotels in Tokyo.
Close to an amazing BBQ restaurants and a 7-Evelent.
Staff was really great as well.
