Very nice apartment-style accommondation near Yayoi Kusama museum and good restaurants. Room is very spacious and clean and A/C kept us cool even in August.
For breakfest we did a 10 min walk to The Bagel By Ciao for excellent savoury donuts, LOVED the spicy salmon roe but be early, best ones sell out quickly. Also good coffee.

The location is perfect - quiet, but not far from all main attractions easily reachable by metro. The room was very spacious (unusual for Tokyo) and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in every aspect (from charge adaptor to taxi)
