Good

We enjoyed the playground for kids, perfect place for families with children

I didn't like that there wasn't available free wi go in apartment. And the the air-conditioning (warm air) worked very loud.

Disappointing

The location was excellent although v quiet and the pool in apartments was lovely.

The staff were the rudest I've ever met..it nearly turned me off coming back to Spain. They obviously are not happy with their jobs..with the exception of one barman. My son had an anaphylaxis reaction one night and I asked at reception to ring an ambulance but they got us a taxi instead. He ended up in ICU but the outcome could have been terrible. When I asked to speak to the manager, he refused to come out to me. I never complain about hotels, as everyone has there preferences, but I would avoid this hotel 100%. The food also is terrible, same everyday and your drinks aren't included. Also the spa works out v expensive. Plus there is no kettle or iron in the apartments.

Girls on hols

Location of apartments and view of pool and very helpful staff and close to all amenities.

Ants so many of them they were in a couple of our beds and in wardrobe.

Fantastic beachfront location

Fantastic beachfront location. Good A/C system. Functioning washing machine Pleasant and helpful housekeeping staff

In need of a freshen-up, dated & basic furniture. Problems with keycards to access apartment and gated compound. Bar staff in the hotel are rude

Fantastic resort but avoid Block 8

Loved the apartment. Clean spacious. Loved pool area.

Residents who gave out to me for sitting on the wall at the pool. Residents giving out to my son playing catch.

Great place

Loved the location. Close to the beach, and there were many shops around. Great pools. Loved that there were shows every night and my daughter loved the minidisco. Also close to the waterpark and Port Aventura, which is great. This is our 4th time staying at Estival Park. Our first time was in 2000, so it was great to be back.

It would be nice if there was a king or a queen bed in the bedroom, instead of twin beds. We pushed the beds together, but if I lay in the middle, the beds didn't stay together. It was quite noisy in the eating area. There were days, where I didn't think it was necessary with housekeeping/cleaning, so I put the "do not disturb" sign on the door, but they came in anyway. It would be nice with a "No cleaning today" sign.

Very good

Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Short taxi ride to Airport, Salou, Port Aventura, Tarragon. Taxi Airport to La Pineda approx €30. Taxi from La Pineda to Salou approx €10. Taxi La Pineda to Port Aventura approx €25 - all depending on traffic etc. Bus also goes to Salou across road from Estival Apt.

Not enough outside seating for evening entertainment. Have to pay for room safe and uses a physical key instead of a keypad locking. Note - No kettle or iron in apartments but you do have oven, microwave, washing machine.

Not a 4 star resort - I don't recommend it

The location was good

Most of the reception staff was rude and not helpful. We had to almost beg them to accept the towels we took from the pool personal because they were not at the time we were leaving. You need to pay extra for a mediocre internet and also if you want to use the gym.

All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always had smile Our apartment location was good and the apartment was spacious with plenty of storage space , The sports bar was very nice and friendly La pineda beach is one of the best sand is soft and easy to go in the sea nice and flat no sudden drops. Our pool at our apartment block was really nice easy to get in and out. Close to the beach and bus stops

The food in the hotel restaurant was varied but allways cold and allways very busy. Our apartment although it looked clean on first impression but it wasn't, it had ants and all of the kitchen units smelt fousty/ damp/ mouldy, also the wardrobe and drawers. The bed was ok but not great mattresses could do with replacing. Also the fridge wasn't very good the door had no place for drinks milk etc seemed to be broken off The hotel was very busy so only went when we went for the restaurant, it was ok for families I suppose as it was all inclusive and the entertainment very orientated for children and the adult entertainment didn't start until after 10pm by this time no seats available if you didn't stay for the children's entertainment. The location of the Estival park was not great for us only decent supermarket was a long walk away for us as we have mobility issues also not many bars or shops close by the best ones were further away.It was close to the beach which was good. We were close to bus stops which we used once but had a bad experience with as I could not get off it was too high a drop and the driver started closing the doors while I was half way off doors kept hitting me myself and others had to shout to get him to open the doors

small damages reduced the quality over great value and location

The amenities were excellent such as numerous pools, gyms, indoor pools, tennis etc

Apartment was slightly damaged, window/door was very hard open and close and some structural damage to the wardrobes

Exceptional

Location was amazing, beach is stunning ,Love the way each apartment block has its own pool

Paid for late check out which we were told was till 6.30pm , supervisor of cleaning banging on door at 2pm wanting to know what time we were leaving .She seemed to have no idea about late check out

Facilities, food and cleanliness were excellent. Great value for money

Good option to visit Portaventura

Good breakfeast, diferent and complete facilities, clean

Too big, a lot of peolple in the breakfeast, apartements older than what appeard in photos
