The beach is fantastic. The swim area is a bit small with the nets for the boats. The dinner is nice; the buffet can have more variations for the different evenings. And the half board should include cold drinks.

Harsh welcomed us and made our checkin process easy..he was very VERY helpful
We travelled with a baby and everyone made sure we were comfortable including the chefs who made sure our baby was given healthy pureed foods.

I really like the compound. It’s spacious and beautiful, and all the employees are very welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. They make you feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Booking.com showed the room price with the taxes included, but the property charged me the tax again when I arrived. When I showed them the Booking.com confirmation, they refused to accept it and still insisted that I pay the tax again. This was very disappointing and should be addressed.

Location was good, The water park was nice.
Mice were in the dining area. When my kid notified the staff, they smiled and said we'll look into it and ignored it. Rooms were dated and needs renovation. Reception staff were quite unprofessional. Dining area was quite messy. Not worth the price.
