Booked this for my elderly parents and it was above and beyond our expectations. Huge, beautiful room on the first floor, big window and everything you need for a comfy stay, including an equipped kitchenette. The room was cleaned everyday and they were given fresh towels and water bottles. The location is great if you're looking to be away from the bustle of the city center but still close enough - it's an 11 minutes taxi ride to Syntagma, 15 to the Acropolis. there's also a metro station 5 minutes from the hotel. Also felt very safe.
The staff was incredible - so kind and welcoming, it was truly a treat.

Excellent location right downtown Athens. My husband had business at the American Embassy, and this place is right next to it, which was convenient. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating since we did a late check-in. The apartment is very clean and spacious.

Location, close to the center in a quite place. The room size was big enough. Very clean. They were very kind letting us enter before check-in time.
Facilities are somewhat deteriorated (furniture, etc.). We were in the ground floor and it was too noisy due to reception desk and the lack of isolation in the room door.
