The apartment was great and it was good to have the pool to relax in
The location was ok but a 10 minute walk to any decent restaurants. The area immediately around the hotel was a bit grim

We loved the restaurant, the incredibly friendly people and, above all, the fantastic location. It’s perfectly situated for exploring some of the most beautiful spots on Poros, including Russian Bay and Love Bay. The whole place has such a warm, relaxed atmosphere – we felt welcome from the very first moment.

The apartment was great! It is clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well furnished.
The pool offers a nice view of Athens. (You can see the Parthenon, but it is kind of far and cranes are blocking the view a little bit at the moment, but still, it was really nice anyways.)
The roof-top pool was very nice! We enjoyed our stay a lot!
It is the only renovated building in the area.
If you are looking for a place in Athens that is worth the money, it is a great place!
The wifi almost never worked or the signal was really bad. Also, it doesn't have a password so it is risky to use it when it works.
A little farther than I had anticipated, but bus stops are close by.

I liked the location
The room was not as clean as we expected
Car parking was very challenging and with an extra charge of 15€
Not enough towels and not even a bottle of water for welcoming
The view of the acropolis is only for few rooms and not all the hotel
If you got the view it’s ok , if you re not then is poor value for money
$$$$
